Em: I love to watch things grow. A tiny seed breaking open, giving way to a tender shoot which struggles skyward, producing leaves and flowers and eventually fruit, and once again seeds and returning to the ground as compost, is just amazing to witness and be a part of! The power of life that God put into creation speaks volumes to me of His presence with me, His purpose for all life, and His activity in life.
Above: I discovered this bird's nest with two pale blue/green eggs in it today, tucked into the fig tree which grows along the fence.
